How mail-in repair works

Not near our London workshop? No problem — most of our customers across the UK send their laptop to us by post. It's the same repair service and the same pricing as a walk-in customer, just without the trip.

1. Get a quote. Call 020 7237 6805 or request a free quote and describe the fault. We'll tell you what to expect before you send anything.
2. Pack it securely. Use a sturdy box with padding around the laptop. Include a note with your name, contact number, and a short description of the fault.
3. Post it to us, or arrange a pickup if you'd rather not queue at the post office.
4. We diagnose and quote. Assessment & Troubleshooting is £45 + VAT — we'll confirm the full repair cost before doing any chargeable work.
5. We repair and return it, typically within a few working days once parts are confirmed.
